Teresita Mignone

‘Incoherencia Ritmica’ 
Teresita Mignone is an Argentine artist born in Buenos Aires in 2000. She studied Visual Arts at UMSA and completed an artist residency at Fundación Cazadores. In January 2023, she participated in the El Sur residency in Mexico City.

She has been active in the art field for four years and has taken part in several group exhibitions in Buenos Aires, as well as solo shows, including “Rhythmic Incoherence” in Mexico City. She is currently presenting her second solo exhibition at Galería Gascón.

Her work focuses on the human body, exploring flesh, skin, contortion, and themes of dehumanization and existence. Influenced by contemporary art and artists such as El Bosco, Picasso, and David Hopper, she works with materials like papier-mâché, wire, paint, plastic fabrics, and resin. Alongside her artistic practice, she also teaches visual research workshops with her sister.
