Thank you, my dear commensal, for joining me in this itinerant choreography in which we inhabit the living archive, its pores, its wear and tear, and its permanence. Where we contemplate the cracks in memory and operate from the physical, from the affections, and from the presence of the body in a sensual and intimate drift, where love, as a curatorial gesture, became public and was activated like an act of resistance.

The night brought together art, food, and conversation, inspired by Daniel’s mediterranean influenced collection. our menu reflected a palette inspired by his works - from blinis with cured llampuga in citrus salt and coconut gel, to soft shell crab with picatta sauce, confit tomato, peach and mahon cheese skewer, roast beef vol-au-vent with herb emulsion, cannoli filled with ricotta cheese cream and chocolate and zucchini coca with goat cheese cream.
The bar kept the energy up throughout the night as guests celebrated the work of Daniel and enjoyed cocktails created with @matchtonicwater.
